I couldn't decide between another CRV and the Accord. I pestered Sue every few months to get new quotes for both vehicles. I knew what I wanted to pay. At one time we were only $100 apart but I still waited. Finally, the quotes came in to what I wanted to pay. In the end I bought a higher level Accord than what I was going to buy. After 8 months I still love the Accord. If I am still in the area when I need a new car I will contact her. She doesn't get you in with a low quote and then surprise you with a lot of extras. Very easy to work with. More
Watch out, Mike Rosen was non-trustworthy! We were in Bommarito Honda looking for a new Honda. Mike Rosen told us about Bommarito's 10 year 200 k miles warranty. And he certainly didn't forgot We were in Bommarito Honda looking for a new Honda. Mike Rosen told us about Bommarito's 10 year 200 k miles warranty. And he certainly didn't forgot to mention it was through HONDA. We were very excited because this was a great deal. The following weekend, we were at a different dealership. We brought up Bommarito's warranty. The salesman told us it is not through Honda, but a third party company with a lot of fine print. He suggested we get an email from Bommarito and read the document carefully. With some doubts, we called Mr. Rosen and asked him if that warranty is indeed through Honda? He re-assured us that it is. We asked if he could email a copy of that document to us. He said he would scan it and send to us. We sent him an email later so that he would have our email address. A week passed by. We have not heard a word from Mike. So we emailed Bommarito. Someone called Milan Venezia wrote us back. We asked about this 200K warranty deal. They told us it was through a company called Nationwide. Aha, that explained why Mr. Rosen didn't write us back. He was caught. I have no problem when Bommarito put this on their web site "10 year /200,000 miles NATIONWIDE warranty". It could be deceptive, but they were playing words. But when asked specifically about the warranty provider, one has to be honest. We all know a warranty by Nationwide is not the same as one by Honda! Yikes! More

I found it extremely easy to work with her and I found her to be quick and effective. I hate shopping for cars. In fact, it's my least favorite type of shopping to do. I spend about 6 mos reviewing car specs online and watching technical and practical videos before I make my mind up. So by the time that I go to a dealer, I know exactly what I want and I know how much I am willing to pay. I do not enjoy the song-and-dance that is associated with buying a vehicle. I was referred to sue by my in-laws. I didn't have great expectations going into the meeting because even when I have a referral, there's always still a song and dance. However, I told Sue exactly what I want and I asked what her best offer was. Her best offer fell within my range and even though the vehicle is hard to come by with the specs I ordered, she got it for me. It was ready for me the day that I purchased it. I was able to test drive and purchase the same day and I was in and out in about an hour. The communication from the first message to the handshake before driving the vehicle off the lot was effective, quick and clear. The process of signing was logical, clear and expedient. Sue was accommodating, kind and face-value. I have since referred one person to her (3 mos after I purchased). That person couldn't believe how accurate my referral was; Sue and Bommarito were just as great as I described. My referral told Sue what she wanted and was able to sign within a week from the time that I referred her. I'm always afraid when giving a recommendation because if the deal doesn't go well, it reflects on me. However, Sue and Bommarito were amazing and I am very grateful for it! I am too far from Bommarito to regularly have maintenance there so I cannot review their service department as thoroughly. However, the waiting room is accommodating and clean. People waiting there all seemed in good spirits ... not as if people were upset with the time it took to have their cars serviced. The facilities at Bommarito were great. Though I didn't partake, they had water, coffee, soda and ice cream...seriously?! And there were no annoying and pushy aggressive Salespeople hounding down your neck. Everyone seemed kind and easy-going. This is my type of dealership. More
