One never knows what to expect of a car-buying experience, especially if you have had a bad experience previously. To my relief, Michale Minner provided a smooth and positive experience. I was able to drive my car away within an hour! When you have a bad experience at a car dealership, you will never go to that dealership again. Great dealership, quick service I leased my 2013 Honda Accord from them a few years ago, and that was a pleasant experience. Now that my lease was coming to an end, I actually ended I leased my 2013 Honda Accord from them a few years ago, and that was a pleasant experience. Now that my lease was coming to an end, I actually ended up buying the car. Jeff made the entire process very quick and painless. I never felt that I was being rushed, but at the same time I wasn't waiting for hours on "credit checks" and other BS that does not take that long.
