From the moment I walked into Bommarito Honda, my trepidation was set aside. I was greeted warmly by Michael Minner, an internet sales manager. I had been corresponding with his counter-part, Aaron Harrington, throughout the week regarding a 2012 Honda Accord SE, so he was familiar with my inquiry. After speaking for a moment, he lead me to the car for a test drive (being a cooler morning, he made sure it was warm and cozy, a nice touch). Upon return, we looked over my options. I was in a bit of a quandary, as my trade-in was a bit upside down. Michael put his expertise immediately into play. After reviewing some options, and test driving another vehicle, I was quickly moving in a direction that would not only put me behind the wheel of a car I'm eager to drive, but one that resolved the issue of my hefty trade-in! I couldn't have left on a happier note! I am thrilled with my vehicle purchase and know I wouldn't have been in better hands anywhere else! Satisfied Customer After scrutinizing many makes & models of vehicles, checking a variety of sources and test driving a couple of vehicles, my wife and I decided on the After scrutinizing many makes & models of vehicles, checking a variety of sources and test driving a couple of vehicles, my wife and I decided on the Honda Accord (specifically the Touring Edition). Because of the limited Honda dealerships within driving limits from our residence, we were a little skeptical going way out to Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood, MO. Boy, are we sure glad we did. Between Walter Bernard and another sales associate (Chris Carr), plus dealing with Jim Fincannon in the financial department (the process of buying a car we like the least), we are extremely pleased and couldn't be happier. The whole process was top notch. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced at the facility. On behalf of Walter, who we had the most dealings with, we found him to be pleasant, courteous and professional. He was quite informative and straight-forward with answers to our questions. Best Car Buying Experience Ever After Months of looking at used cars on the internet. And driving Thousands of miles to look at them on dealers lots. Just to find out the vehicles After Months of looking at used cars on the internet. And driving Thousands of miles to look at them on dealers lots. Just to find out the vehicles were not what they were represented to be. (The Photos posted don't generally show the "bad stuff" I found out) I had almost given up. Then I came across Bommarrito Honda. Called Aaron about one that was just posted, but had not completed the extensive vehicle check by their service department and detail shop,therefore no photos were available yet. He told me what he knew about the car, and what he didn't at that time. The next morning he called me after viewing the vehicle himself, and answered all my questions. At that time I decided to make a 350 mile round trip to look at this vehicle. And I am so glad I did! After a short test drive, the deal was made and in less then an hour I was on my way home in what I believe is the cleanest, highest quality, and best priced vehicle of its kind in the 300 mile radius I had been searching.
