Because of the limited Honda dealerships within driving limits from our residence, we were a little skeptical going way out to Bommarito Honda in Hazelwood, MO. Boy, are we sure glad we did. Between Walter Bernard and another sales associate (Chris Carr), plus dealing with Jim Fincannon in the financial department (the process of buying a car we like the least), we are extremely pleased and couldn't be happier. The whole process was top notch. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced at the facility. Bad experience and lost faith on the dealership ordered a car 2 minutes nth ago and had $500 deposit, when the car got here, their interest rate they offered was high! Best Car Buying Experience Ever After Months of looking at used cars on the internet. And driving Thousands of miles to look at them on dealers lots. Just to find out the vehicles After Months of looking at used cars on the internet. And driving Thousands of miles to look at them on dealers lots. Just to find out the vehicles were not what they were represented to be. (The Photos posted don't generally show the "bad stuff" I found out) I had almost given up. Then I came across Bommarrito Honda. Called Aaron about one that was just posted, but had not completed the extensive vehicle check by their service department and detail shop,therefore no photos were available yet. He told me what he knew about the car, and what he didn't at that time. The next morning he called me after viewing the vehicle himself, and answered all my questions. At that time I decided to make a 350 mile round trip to look at this vehicle. And I am so glad I did! After a short test drive, the deal was made and in less then an hour I was on my way home in what I believe is the cleanest, highest quality, and best priced vehicle of its kind in the 300 mile radius I had been searching. Fortunately, the outstanding design of We purchased a 2015 Honda Fit from Meyer Honda last year. Unfortunately, my wife totaled that car last week. Fortunately, the outstanding design of the car saved her life and I set out to find a replacement Fit. My first contact was to Meyer. I also sent out inquiries to all other Honda dealerships in the St. Louis area. Several of those dealerships didn't get back to me for 2-3 days. Both Meyer and Bommarito got back to me the next day. Meyer offered me their "Bottom Line Deal" but adjusted it when Bommarito went lower. This is where our salesperson Sue really shone. When it came down to brass tacks, both dealerships were selling the same car for the same price. The service and responsiveness that we got from Sue and the Bommarito team was incomparable. The whole deal only cost us 2 1/2 hours from start to finish including the test drive. The dealership is incredible and houses an incredible, personable team. My first car from Bommarito was in 1986, and God willing, this will surely not be my last. More
