From the initial correspondence online to the in person meeting and negotiations, I found the staff to be very professional and accommodating. Mike Minner was a pleasure to work with making my purchase a seamless process and overall good experience. I intentionally delayed my review by a week to see how the dealership would handle a few minor issues that came about with the vehicle after the sale. Once again, to my surprise, Bommorito Honda came through with flying colors, exceeding my expectations for service. As if that wasn't enough, the thank you gift I received in the mail is something that has never occurred in all of my car buying days, especially a preowned vehicle. This place is top notch. Unfortunately, Chris was off the day I was able to pick up my new Pilot but Michael Rosen stepped right in and took great care in explaining all of the buttons and features. I arrived at the dealer about 4:45 p.m. Michael showed me the vehicle I inquired about. I took the car for a test drive. We discussed my trade in and started the paperwork. I had a little bit of a wait due to another customer working out their deal with Jason in finance. Michael continued to check-in with me until I met with Jason in finance. Once in the finance office, Jason Galeski, was very professional, friendly and personable as well. Jason spoke with me about my options. He answered all my questions concerning the loan, extended warranty and the gap insurance. He did not rush me through this process even though it was well after 6 p.m. When my process was complete, I switched my items from my old car to the new. Since it was raining, Michael stood outside and held an umbrella over me as I made the transitions from one car to the next. I drove off in my new car very happy!!! I truly appreciated being treated extremely well and for both Michael and Jason staying after 6 p.m. (next time I will come on an extended hour day). ~Melissa D. More
