Provided a Friendly, Helpful and Overall Great Experience We stopped in to see an advertised used Honda Odyssey and was helped by Randy Borth. Unfortunately the vehicle was not back from the cleanup shop so We stopped in to see an advertised used Honda Odyssey and was helped by Randy Borth. True to his word Randy gave us a call a few days later and our short but great odyssey (pun intended) began. We met with Randy and he gave us a thorough overview of the Odyssey's features and listened to our concerns about a couple issues with the vehicle. We came to a quick agreement to resolve all of our issues and the deal was done. We could not have had a better car buying experience. Two side notes. 1) The timing of this was the week we all began social distancing. Randy and the entire dealership was prepared and made accommodations to keep their customers safe. 2) I did not rate the Quality of Work yet because our schedule has not allowed us to leave the vehicle with the dealership. Easiest process ever I found a used vehicle online that I wanted to buy if it was as nice as advertised. I was driving 120 miles to the dealership so I asked the salesman I found a used vehicle online that I wanted to buy if it was as nice as advertised. I was driving 120 miles to the dealership so I asked the salesman Don Scheffler about the vehicle and he told me it was super clean. It was actually even nicer than he described. We could not find a single scratch, the interior was immaculate and it was a 2016 with 34,000 miles. I looked at all similar vehicles within 250 miles of Rolla where I live and could not find one even close to this price or quality of vehicle. Don had most of the paper work finished and already had the car filled up and detailed so that if we liked it we would not be at the dealership for a long time. We test drove the car, sat down with the finance manager, listened to the options, picked one, and drove off in the vehicle. We were not trading anything which made the process even smoother. Don Scheffler seems as honest as the day is long and I would not hesitate to buy a car from him again and cannot recommend him high enough to you. More
