I just stopped in to Bommarito to take a quick look at a color they had in inventory of pathfinders with plans to purchase a vehicle at another, closer, dealership . The salesperson got my attention as I could immediately tell he was very customer service and customer experience oriented. A value I hold dear and practice myself in my industry. I left because of time and then came back that evening to look again and talk further with the salesperson. Everyone was a great help and we left with our vehicles late that night. I bring the car in for service their as well and each time I am so impressed with their system and customer service. More

He was great to work with and made the process of getting into a new car and turning in my old lease car as easy as he possibly could. He made sure to take care of all of the return fees pertaining to my old car and then got me a very competitive deal, one I feel is market best to get me into a new car. All it took were a few emails and phone calls. He even gave me his personal cell number so I could contact him when it was most convenient for me. I was overwhelmingly pleased with his attention to my needs and wants and I will definitely be looking to work with him again in the future. More

Don't Hesitate to Shop Away from Home! We recently traded trucks with Bommarito after being unable to find what we were looking for closer to home. Bommarito is just over 3 hours away. Our trade began with some internet browsing, and then an internet inquiry that was answered very quickly and thoroughly! We got serious when we were given a dollar range of what our truck would be worth and what it would take out the door to trade. We emailed pictures of our truck with pertinent info in the communication exchange. This exchange started late morning, and by late afternoon, we were on the road to St. Louis (Hazelwood), with an appt. to meet Jessica McCann at 10am the following morning. She had the truck we were interested in parked up front, dealer plates on to test drive, and she was ready to answer any and all questions we had about the possible trade. She even offered us Starbucks coffee and ice cream snacks while they took our truck out for an evaluation. Once we negotiated a trade, Jessica helped us move our personal belongings to the new truck, helped acquaint us with new equipment/technology, escorted us to the accountant to complete the financial end, and then met with us again to complete the final paperwork. She has been in touch since, to make sure all is well and offered her assistance in the future if need be. We couldn't have been more pleased! We would definitely recommend Bommarito Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and hope to do more business with them in the future. More
