This dealership was fabulous. First of all, the physical space is very nice - upscale, clean and a very easy parking lot to get around. (Not like some of the other VW dealers we visited where we were blocke space is very nice - upscale, clean and a very easy parking lot to get around. (Not like some of the other VW dealers we visited where we were blocked in within the lot.) But this is not the main reason to go here. The reason is the customer service. I did a lot of the work ahead of time on the phone with my sales person, Jason. He was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted and my budget parameters and he found me a car and great financing in a very short time. He did most of the work ahead of time so time spent at the dealer was literally an hour. He made this so easy and painless. I will be going back for sure! More

Sean and Andy were excellent! Andy answered all of my questions promptly, and he immediately notified me when the vehicle I was looking for landed at the dealership.
