Tom took us right under his wing, was upfront and honest immediately, gave us insight into the buying process, and met all our needs the first time we stated them. After being hit at 45mph and having my vehicle totaled, feeling sore and stressed, dealing with insurance companies, shopping on a timeline, and looking for some specifics in a vehicle, this was the only part of the entire experience that felt simple and natural. I will ABSOLUTELY go back to Tom first, for ANY of my future vehicle needs or questions. He was also super accessible outside of his business hours to accommodate our sale on a tight timeline.
