I recently had a very bad experience with a dealer in Salem where i was lied to and deceived, and still had a sour taste in my mouth when I made the appointment to look at a car at Bonneville. I met Rick and he seemed to sense that I was not a happy shopper. We spoke for a few minutes and he calmed me down and I started my "happy" shopping experience. He showed me a couple of cars that I had showed an interest in without any "hard sell" and made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and more important, he relieved all of my apprehensions. I picked the car that I wanted and finalizing the deal wasn't what I expected IT WAS BETTER. It was my first time buying a vehicle from Bonneville, but it won't be my last. I would have no trouble recommending either the dealership or Rick, my salesman. He gave me some space to make my final decision without trying to pressure me. This was not always the case during other purchases that I made. More

My first visit to Bonneville we took a test drive with a brand-new Jeep Wrangler on an off road course ( which by the way was pretty cool !!) I left that day letting him know that it was a rubicon that I was really looking for. A couple days later a text message came through with pictures of the sweetest Rubicon I have ever seen !! Todd most certainly exceeded my expectations. One of the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my car buying experiences. He was very transparent about the vehicle and ensured that any concerns were adequately addressed, including a walk-through of the vehicle with the mechanic that worked on it. They invested whatever was necessary to ensure that the vehicle was one that the dealer and customer both had a lot of confidence in. He also ensured the process was expedited as we all have things to do other than spend a lot of time at a dealer. Almost forgot to mention... he came in on his day off and gave me any time I needed with him to go through the Jeep so that I could make the right decision... which I did! The Wrangler was a great value (and a beautiful specimen) as I needed to balance condition and mileage with price. I saw a lot of Craigslist junk before I found this. Thanks, Vedran! More
