Love My Jeep!!!! I got to the dealership just before they closed. (Didn't know that at the time.) Mike was the first person who talked with me and then introduced me I got to the dealership just before they closed. (Didn't know that at the time.) Mike was the first person who talked with me and then introduced me to Tom. Tom took the time to listen to what I wanted and took the info he needed. I went back the next day and he had a couple of Jeeps ready for me to try. There was never any pressure to buy/lease any vehicle. When I found the one I really liked, against all odds, he helped make it happen. I couldn't be happier with my new Jeep! Aside from making this a great experience for me, my daughter, who is autistic and LOVES Jeeps, was also with me. Tom was wonderful with her making sure she enjoyed all the Jeep experiences. He made sure she was comfortable with everything at all times. She had such a great time! Not sure which one of us were happier driving off in a new Jeep. I look forward to a great relationship as we continue to bring the Jeep there for services. It has truly been a great experience! More

Perhaps this will get their attention? I've written to both the salesman and Ashlie, but no reply. I would caution people to carefully go over their paperwork prior to signing - we were never told about the $350 "admin" fee, which they added to the loan. Yes, we should have noticed it; however, we trusted them, and never realized the extra fee until we registered the car. A few other issues as well, but I won't go into it. Suffice it to say we are disappointed in the service "after the sale", which is just as important as before - if only they'd respond. More
