Love my car, not a huge fan of the dealership I went in having already talked to them about the specific car, so when I got there is was nice that the car was pulled up and ready for a test drive. They didn't give me much time to look the car over, the whole situation felt kind of rushed. I originally saw the car list price online, and they told me they believe they could still match it because it went because they did maintenance to it. They were able to match the current online price, but not the original . Which wasn't a huge deal, but when we took the car for a test ride my boyfriend had pointed out how dirty the car was and that there was what looked like coffee stains on the ceiling. Our sales person made sure the shop would clean it , and said that the car was at the second location and they don't do a great job cleaning it. When I got home with the new car, I went through it and it was just not clean. There was something spilt over the plastic it the back that I was able to clean with cleaner and a cloth, and there was legit dirt in compartments, and the glove compartment. I traded in a car that was a 2005 with only 87xxx miles on it. I knew I wouldn't get much for it , and it needed some work, but nothing huge. They are now asking for over 6x what they gave me for a trade in , and when I was trying to get a lower payment my sales person brought another person in that told us that they couldn't budge and that it because we were only asking for it to be about a 15 dollar difference , he told us it was only 50 cents a day which was slightly rude. Over all I got the car that I wanted, my sales person was nice, but everyone else seemed aggressive and on the rude side. Eleni was very good at getting back to me and answering question. I know I was going to get a bad deal on my trade in, but I didn't think they would turn around and try selling it for 6x the amount. Also they should have gone over the car and actually cleaned it before potential customers took it for a test drive , or bought it. More
Pleasurable buying experience with no hassle I went into Bonneville and Son not sure what I was looking for but knew I wanted to get out of my current vehicle. My sales representative Dan Reitz I went into Bonneville and Son not sure what I was looking for but knew I wanted to get out of my current vehicle. My sales representative Dan Reitz took the time to listen to what I was trying to accomplish both with the new vehicle as well as what my financial goals were. He asked questions and listened to my answers in order to really get to know me. He suggested a few vehicles and we spent the day test driving at least three cars. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Unfortunately we were unable to come to terms financially and I had to leave a pending deal on the table. Dan told me he would run a few scenarios and get back to me. That afternoon I got a call and Dan asked if i was interested in the new Chrysler 200 Limited. I had not thought of this car as I thought it was out of my price range. Dan worked hard to get me every discount and incentive available and we came to a number i could afford. I could not be happier. I love the new 200 and the service I received while going through the buying process makes driving it that much more enjoyable. This is the fourth vehicle I have bought from Bonneville in the past 5 years and I would highly recommend both their sales people and service department to anyone looking for an excellent car buying and maintenance experience. Well, here we are and Ed Hamel did a fantastic job in finding a car that fit me (I'm a petite individual) and my lifestyle. The new Chrysler 200 is a beautiful car but didn't fit me well so Ed found a Certified Pre-Owned just 2 years old that was perfect. He was patient in explaining the workings of the car, toured me through the dealership, introduced me to the service consultants and has been available to me even after I drove the car off the lot. Ed and the team at Bonneville & Son are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep. Great service, inventory and price! More
