Rude and unwelcoming I recently purchased xc 90 and stopped by because the tire pressure was low, they didn't take time to inspect the tire fully , few days later the tire I recently purchased xc 90 and stopped by because the tire pressure was low, they didn't take time to inspect the tire fully , few days later the tire got low again and it appeared needed to be changed. This cost me twice the time to get it done , if they'd do their job and inspected properly I'd would have to take time to do this again. They refused to give a car wash, it's a $60k car and treated me Iike I came in and asking them Something extra ordinary . The attitude Is bad and rude, unwelcoming - not coming back there More

3 seperate times greatly disappointed with service dept. I was given an estimate for replacing some lights and mirror covers, was handed printout that had the words "total cost" etc. on it, No one told me it I was given an estimate for replacing some lights and mirror covers, was handed printout that had the words "total cost" etc. on it, No one told me it didn't include an extra $300 for (mainly) labor. Final invoice says I was contacted and told about a total estimate of $1000. I received no call. Additionally after arriving on my bike at the promised time of delivery, they then inform me that they hadn't started on it yet, causing me to miss work time and have to get shuttled back and forth, then get surprised by the extra $300 charge, etc.. They offered a "service credit" to appease me that wouldn't even cover an hour of their labor. Prior issues included same problem with completion time, missing extra work time, and being sold the car telling me they could fix the Volvo installed GPS mount, later telling me basically tough luck, and writing down that I should use a toothpick or Qtip so it wouldn't flop around. Prior complaints and email to the service manager went unanswered. Emailed my salesman who sends me birthday messages and asked about a new XC-90. No response. I'll never return there. More

Best car sales ever! Gretchen made this purchase so easy. I have to admit I was dreading having to purchase a new car. I have had some bad experiences with car salesmen. B Gretchen made this purchase so easy. I have to admit I was dreading having to purchase a new car. I have had some bad experiences with car salesmen. But when I met Gretchen she changed all of those feelings into positive ones. I will be back when my lease is up and she better be ready to sell me another. We did have a computer problem with the car I purchased and Gretchen, Jesse and the manager of your maintenance department would not give up until everything was perfect. I really appreciate the dedication that they showed to me, and proved that they would make things right, and they were so fun and friendly through the process. You better hang onto this group because they are going to bring in the sales with their go to attitudes. Employees like this are hard to find. More

Smoothest Car purchase ever made Highly recommend working with Vad Fridlyand at Borton Volvo ~ we live in Sioux Falls, SD, were on our way to Minnesota to get some body work done on a Highly recommend working with Vad Fridlyand at Borton Volvo ~ we live in Sioux Falls, SD, were on our way to Minnesota to get some body work done on another vehicle of ours. In route, we decided that we wanted to purchase a Volvo CX90, googled dealerships in Minnesota and was lucky enough to come across Borton Volvo and more importantly Vad. I called the dealership blindly and was connected with Vad, Vad was knowledgeable, a absolutely amazing to work with, he answered all of our questions while we were driving to Minnesota and answered them so well and made us feel so comfortable that we decided to purchase the car site unseen, we had never test drove or even really looked inside one of these cars before - we filled an application out online and when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Vad and team signed papers and were driving off in our new car within 20 minutes of arrival. This is obviously not the usual car buying experience, but Vad made it happen so that we were able to drive our new car home that evening. Thank you Vad and team for such a fabulous experience! More
