Nick our salesman was awesome as usual!!! We have dealt with Nick Majeske since we started using Bouche as our dealership. If we call Nick with a question and he is busy with another customer We have dealt with Nick Majeske since we started using Bouche as our dealership. Service needs to do better What started off to be a normal service visit quickly turned out to be a bad one. Due to a miscommunication from a service advisor and I and having to What started off to be a normal service visit quickly turned out to be a bad one. Due to a miscommunication from a service advisor and I and having to deal with Alex the Service Manager was not a pleasant experience at all. No matter how little or big the job all customers should be treated highly. Not only did I feel belittled but I will not be returning. It’s sad because when I had to go back to correct some issues that were left on my vehicle, Chris was phenomenal and really went above and beyond but I wish that treatment was given all along from the others. It was too late. That location being so convenient it is unfortunate that I refuse to go back and risk another mishap. More
