I like the people, but I think we made an o.k. deal and I love working with Pat. I just think it's taking too long and too many trips to make me whole. One trip to repair interior, another for ECP (which was explained that the two shouldn't happen at once), and I'm still waiting for my second set of keys. That will require a third return trip. Received floor-mats as promised this last time, but they don't fit correctly. Pat says they will fit better if I trim them. Apparently they are some sort of generic set. Not real happy with those. Again, love working with Pat. He's a very nice man and I wish him well. I think he could have a bit more support behind him. Very happy with the interior repairs. More

Great that Boucher offered their "Care Package" free for first responders and front line workers! Took advantage and also had a recall issue check on at the same time.
