Seemed to be rushed, failure to honor advertised promotion The salesman forgot to give me the owners manual and second key. I only received the when i went back to the dealership 2 days later. Also i received a call the next day(Tuesday) the vehicle was purchased on Saturday, that person that did the financing forgot a form and I had to go back again to sign another form. I found out a month later when I received my first payment coupon (the promotion was no payment for 120 days) that the person that did my financing did the paperwork wrong and had no payment for 45 days instead of 120. Then when I called on 6/1/2020 the finance salesman was off a couple of days and then the Josh-I think from financing told me there was nothing they can do to fixed their screw up because it was a month ago. Didn't even offer to try to fixed the screw up. More
