Issue with the transmission that is requiring it to be replaced under warranty. Have been waiting a month for it to be replaced. Parts are in. Extremely concerned other mechanical issues will develop due to the lack of communication from Boucher. Very disappointed since car was purchased from Boucher. Need this to be resolved asap. More
The only thing that they should ask is, do you want your paperwork printed out or do you want it on a computer stick? I would prefer my paper to have been printed out. If I could give this dealership ZERO stars, I absolutely would — they’ve earned every bit of this terrible review. I purchased a Santa Fe about 3-4 weeks ago. Prior to arriving, I called ahead, gave the would — they’ve earned every bit of this terrible review. I purchased a Santa Fe about 3-4 weeks ago. Prior to arriving, I called ahead, gave the exact make, model, and color I wanted, and was told everything would be ready. All the sales rep — [Insert Name] — had to do was have the paperwork waiting. Instead, I sat there for three hours. Strike one. I put down $10,000, traded in my vehicle valued at $14,500, and was quoted $39,500 — which basic math says should leave me financing around $15,000. Two days later, I received my Hyundai Finance paperwork and discovered that [Insert Name] had sneakily added nearly $5,000 in extras without telling me. No mention. No explanation. Just buried in the contract. Trip 1 – (Keep in mind, this dealership is a 25-minute drive one way) I drove back to confront them and agreed — against my better judgment — to split the difference and keep the warranties, just to move on. I tried to be reasonable. Not long after, I noticed the right-side door was making an abnormal sound — something was clearly broken. This is a brand new car. Trip 2 – I brought the car back and dealt with Devan in service. He told me they didn’t have the part, but they would next-day ship it. I had to call them the following day (because no one ever bothers to update you), and Devan told me it hadn’t arrived — but maybe tomorrow. Trip 3 – I called again (of course) and was told it was ready. I drove back, picked up the car… and the issue still wasn’t fixed. Trip 4 – I called to inform them the door still wasn’t repaired. They told me to bring it in again. I did — on Tuesday, July 8th. I was told (once again) the part would be overnighted. I called July 9. No part. I called July 10. No part. I called July 11. Still no part. It is now Monday, July 14, and surprise — they still don’t have the part. At this point, they've had my car almost as long as I have. From sales to service, this place is an absolute disaster. Zero transparency. Zero urgency. Zero care for the customer. They will lie to your face, take your money, dodge your calls, and waste your time — over and over again. DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. HERE. If you value your time, money, and sanity — stay far away from this dealership. As of July 14, I still don’t have my car. And no — I don’t trust them.
