Wasn't a big deal and we met with another sales person (Bob) than who we had dealt with. We had asked some questions up front which for whatever reason couldn't be answered (finance rates, terms, fees etc.). It also took a while before this could be answered while we were there - which meant the salesperson had to make some extra trips to the finance office which could've been avoided. So it took a little but longer that what it should have, but overall wasn't too bad. This is also why it wasn't scored 5 stars. More
