He was prompt and prepared, the car was ready when we got there.(unlike a different dealer that failed miserably) This was the 2nd Kona that we had driven, the car was spotless. It looked new even. Unfortunately, it was an SE trim model, not the SEL, we really wanted the one with the Blind Spot and Rear Cross Traffic Warning. Brad and his manager checked all of their dealerships and didn’t have one. His manager made an offer that was very close to our desired monthly payment, we were quite surprised to hear that! I’m sorry, but we don’t remember the manager’s name. Needless to say, he gave us an excellent deal on a New Hyundai Kona SEL, including our trade in car. It took us a while for all of the paperwork and everything, but the wait was worth every penny. Brad Volkmann was friendly and helpful during the whole process. My only issues that I saw were phone numbers mixed up , mine and my wife’s, and they call gap insurance “Total Loss” insurance. The insurance we had reconsidered after reading through the flash drive that contained all of the documents. But it’s only $900 for the 60 month loan, so it’s not too bad, even though it only covers a “Total Loss” so we decided to just keep the insurance, and pay the extra $15 per month. More
