Happy We had a Sonata but I was interested in the Tucson. Fawn had us take different vehicles out with various options to help us decide, she even had one w We had a Sonata but I was interested in the Tucson. We were still undecided so she suggested we take the one we were most interested in for a longer drive/time. We took the Tucson and during that time it snowed. I really liked the all wheel drive...I wanted the Tucson...decision made! The rest of the transaction went very smooth. Fawn was great to work with. She was busy with other customers but made sure she gave us the time we needed. I really wanted a different color but it was too difficult to make it happen...that’s the only reason I didn’t give five stars. Fawn did the best she could and found my second color option (we were shopping end of the year so color selections were not all in one location). During the process Fawn stayed in touch without being a bother. She worked around our schedule and responded quickly with any questions we had. It’s been close to a month with the Tucson and my husband and I are very happy with the choice...we hope to see Fawn again when it’s time for a new vehicle. Thanks, Kim More
