The information was presented to me, one vehicle was pulled around for a quick overview and I was able to leave without feeling pressured to deal that day. On the second visit a few weeks later, I took our target vehicle (Santa Fe) for a test drive and was offered the ability to take it home for the night (which i did). This helped us to become more familiar with the vehicle and its options, as well as see how some of the items we would be carrying (golf clubs, dog kennel, ice chests, etc.) would fit. This helped with our final decision. Closing the deal was very open and straightforward ... including valuing our trade-in. Definitely one of the better car buying experiences I've encountered. More
