Disappointed our issue with our used car purchase has not been resolved. We have given the dealership a chance to do right by fixing the issue. We have gone around for 2 weeks on this and was last told 4 days ago from the service manager he would get back to us. We have heard nothing and the issue continues to be unresolved. Disappointed they are not standing behind the 30 days of purchase guarantee we were told by their salesman.
