Got oil change and air filter in cabin and engine replaced as well. I was told the air filters would take an additional 15-30 minutes. Service manager called Julie asking how service was. Told her no ones called me back and I'll be in at 230p to have the cabin air filter fixed. Brought car in. Told it'll be 15-20 mins. Took over an hour. I asked what they were going to do for my inconvenience. "Well I didn't charge you for it". No kidding. Your mechanics installed it incorrectly. I love my Santa Fe hybrid. I was going to buy 4 more for fleet vehicles for my business. Unfortunately do to the terrible REPEAT service by MULTIPLE people I am selling my personal Santa Fe and purchasing Toyota Highlander hybrids instead. More

They’re ok for the normal maintenance, but I have been disappointed in their timeliness for returning calls. Also, they failed to tell me about the frequency of wheel alignment on AWD vehicles, which led disappointed in their timeliness for returning calls.
