Dealership is a friendly and welcoming place. I went there because I had bought my previous car from them and liked the place. I worked with Ron and found him helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy. there because I had bought my previous car from them and liked the place. I feel I got a good deal on it which made my experience better. However, the day I went to pick up my already agreed-upon car turned out to be an exercise in patience. I arrived at 11 am to look over, test drive, go over features and pay for my car. I finally left the dealership to go home at 4:30, after having gone back in the building to remind them that no-one had asked me for my money yet. I thought that was an unnecessarily long time to accomplish this. But I like my car very much. More

Came in for an oil change, and as predicted, a half-hour into it the reps comes out to upsell me on something my 3 year old car desperately needs. It is quite a joke now, from the Jiffy Lubes to the dealer into it the reps comes out to upsell me on something my 3 year old car desperately needs. It is quite a joke now, from the Jiffy Lubes to the dealers they all have this upsell routine. Years back they would only suggest one thing you needed, now it is two. They take their chances on you picking one of the two (both of which are about the same price). I wouldn't they have a post-day meeting to reward the rep that sold the most non-essential services for the day. More
