Overall, a very good experience. Kyle was transparent throughout the process and I felt like I got a very good deal on the 2023 Rogue SV AWD. The only negative was the license plate installation. The wrong screws were used with a screw gun, and they were cross-threaded, leaving the plate loose. It’s a minor issue and something I can easily fix myself, so I didn’t want to make a 40-mile trip back to the dealership over it. Just something they should pay a little more attention to during vehicle delivery. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend Kyle. More
