Experience was excellent. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the receptionist who then had us in contact with Jose. Purchased my car from Bourne's several months ago after seeing it listed on CarGurus and reading all the reviews online about the dealership. Jose and the team there definitely did not disappoint! This was probably the easiest car buying experience I have had - and the quickest (had the car same day, only took a few hours). I wasn't sure at first about the no haggle pricing as typically it's hard to get a good deal without some sort of back and forth. In the end, this proved to make for a stress-free experience and still felt like a great deal. The only time it felt sales-y was when it came time to discuss additional warranties and all of that. Fast forward several months - the car is in great shape, everything is running smooth, and I do not regret a thing! Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely buy from Bourne's again.
