Excellent! I had such a good experience at Bourne that I bought two cars instead of one! A tree fell on my car and totaled it and suddenly I needed a new car. I I had such a good experience at Bourne that I bought two cars instead of one! A tree fell on my car and totaled it and suddenly I needed a new car. I worked with Greg Cummings and walked in thinking I knew what I wanted. Greg listened to me, sent me out on the road with what I thought and I wanted and by the time I came back he had pulled out 5 other cars for me to try, one of which I never even considered, but when he explained that he pulled it because of what I said I wanted, I gave it a try. Needless to say, that is the car I ended up in and I LOVE IT. Greg was so helpful, he even offered me the rain coat off his back. He came in on his day off to finish up my transaction. This included a speedy response to my way to early in the morning text message to ask questions about what I needed to bring with me. I highly recommend Bournes and Greg in particular! More

We vowed to come back and buy my next truck there. When I first came in to test drive my truck I was very up front with my salesman Greg. I told him I would not be buying today I just wanted to take a look at a few trucks and see where the numbers fell. He and Mike were great. They were not pushing me to try and buy. They answered all my questions and were great. I ended up coming back the next day to purchase my truck because they were so professional and great to work with. I would certainly recommend Bourne’s Auto and most especially Greg Cummings for anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Painless Buying Experience Had a great experience here with Christine , they are very nice and I liked the no hassle experience. I looked at a few other places and the idea at Bourne’s is they price the cars lower than the market value , and that is the no hassle price. At other places you have to hassle for hours to get the best price. Would recommend 100%. I got my 2010 Mercury Mountaineer from here on tuesday and they are a nice dealership. The car had a light bulb out and it did not pass inspection and I had the inspection place fixed it and then Christine had the service department at bournes get me a check for what I had to pay to fix the bulb. Most places would of just not cared since i had already bought car. More

One suggestion is the process of paperwork took 2 hours to complete once I arrived at the dealership with my bank check. If they could process all of them before that, then I could just sign and grab the car right away. More
