Super friendly and helpful! I was in the market for a CR-V and had done A lot of research. I took to the internet to find a dealership. After reading reviews from many in not only MA but also in RI, CT and NH, I chose to see if Bourne's was really what I had read...excellent. Kim Bailey was who wound up working with me. She was an absolute JOY to talk to. She was so personable and patient. She got cars for me to test drive and answered all my questions. She listened to what I wanted and helped make it happen. Loved her! I chose which one I wanted and it was time to pay. I was sent to Matthew Cygielnik. He was SO nice and respectful. Even the front reception ladies were very friendly! Kim told me that they have tons of repeat customers and word of mouth customers. Well, they just got another one! My bff needs a new car and my daughter is driving age. We'll be back! More

Bait and switch We test drive 3 different pickup trucks. Decided on a 2014 white 1500 Siverado WT. Our sales rep. Trey, pulled the vehce up online and said "great new We test drive 3 different pickup trucks. Decided on a 2014 white 1500 Siverado WT. Our sales rep. Trey, pulled the vehce up online and said "great news it's available". I then questioned about the online price of $21,690 and why the tag in the window said $14,990. His response was "We honor the online price". We again questiined why the window tag was a different price. He made a joke and said "that is the best deal in town. If that was the price I would buy it myself". I told him that it was false advertisement. No effort was made to save the sale. The manager was never consulted. They lost a good sale. Very poor customer service. The worst part of this visit was that the truck was in the front part of the lot with the keys in it and unlocked. Leading us to believe that it had recently been driven. Still no one noticed that incorrect price. Find that hard to believe. More

Mark earned this strong review because he performed the heavy lifting in making sure my insurance binder had the correct "stamp". It took 2 - 3 tries and phone calls to Liberty Mutual but he accomplished the requirement without having to involve myself. He communicated all setbacks and eventually the success.
