I dealt with Sue Pereira, after seeing the vehicle I wanted to purchase on the TrueCar app. Although the vehicle I was intrested in was probably one of the lowest priced vehicles on the lot, Sue made me feel like it was a Mercedes. She activiely communicated with me, explained every step in the sales process, and always made sure that we were on the same page. I did not finance the vehicle so I cannot speak to the financing processes, but I did get a fair price on my trade in. The car was clean, and the entire process was seamless. I left very happy on a full tank of gas. Would recommend highly. More

I was a bit nervous to start the car shopping process and had somewhat of an uncomfortable experience at another dealership earlier in the day, but wh I was a bit nervous to start the car shopping process and had somewhat of an uncomfortable experience at another dealership earlier in the day, but when I got to Bourne's I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. The staff is so friendly and so laid back. No one tried to pressure me to look at any other car than what I asked for. Trevon handed me the keys for a test drive and let me and my sister go out on our own. I fell in love with the car and the process of securing it was an absolute breeze.
