At the time, I was very pleased with my experience and left a 5 star rating. I am still very pleased and enjoying the vehicle very much. I wanted to offer a follow up to that review with a good story. At the time I purchased the vehicle, I asked for owners manuals and a second key, but was told there weren't any. Bourne's tells you up front, that they only guarantee one key and a second key can be purchased at Bourne's cost, so I thought nothing of it. The car has an owners manual in the navigation system and the other manuals could be found online, so no big deal. I didn't purchase the second key at that time, but have been thinking about doing that at my first service appointment. So here it is almost 3 months later and today I received a package in the mail from Bourne's Auto Center. Strangely enough, when I opened the package I found the owners manuals that came with the car (It had a business card from the original dealer). Also, more importantly, there was the second key (Bourne's cost over 300 from the dealer). I can only assume that when the car was cleaned the manuals and key were misplaced. I can only assume, because there is no note explaining what happened. Bottom line, this reaffirms my belief that Bourne's is an incredible places to purchase a vehicle. No pressure, No haggle, and great service. Somehow these items turned up and someone took the time to track down where they came from, and forwarded them off to me without even a note trying to take credit. GREAT SERVICE!!!! More
