Jessica noted that the vehicle was available and arranged to have it ready when I arrived. The test drive was with my family, we all liked the car, and ended up making the purchase. Jessica (during the sales phase) and Carlos (during the finance phase) answered all of my and my wife's questions. I have made a number of car purchases over the years, and this was one of the smoothest and most stress free that I have had yet. The one general recommendation that I would make is that when looking at the online listing it noted that new tires were included and the in pictures of the car online, I noticed that the tires shown were Toyo, which I have had on my last 3 cars and prefer. When I saw the car in person, there was a brand I never heard of (Ironman) actually installed. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told the pictures were taken before the new tires were installed. The car still had enough other merits that I was OK with this. I would suggest that Bourne may want to update pictures when there are substantial changes to vehicles to avoid misunderstandings. More

He did a fantastic job finalizing the sale late on a Friday afternoon. I would recommend him highly. We picked up the car on Saturday and brought it in for inspection. It FAILED. The front ball joints were "dangerously unsafe" said the station we brought it to. This should have been caught when the car was checked out by Bourne. We do not live close to Easton and had to bring the car back again on Monday. My daughter had to return to college out of state without her new car. Bourne Auto fixed the problem in one day at no charge. Although they handled the situation professionally is was a huge hassle. I do not have the confidence that there are no other hidden issues that were not caught. I will be having our local station inspect the car thoroughly. More
