After going through the typical drawn out, stressful negotiation process at other dealerships, my final stop was at Bourne. I took a test drive, while they looked at my trade in. Having done my research and already been through tedious negotiations at other dealerships, I knew they were offering a fair price for my trade-in and a fair "no haggle price" for the Mazda CX 9 that I ultimately purchased from Bourne. The people that I dealt with were kind and courteous, I love the car, and I am now a big fan of Bourne's Auto Center! More

Poor customer service, per the dealer's own policies. I emailed this dealer about a vehicle they had advertised. It had been advertised for 3 days. Two of those 3 days were over the Christmas holiday week I emailed this dealer about a vehicle they had advertised. It had been advertised for 3 days. Two of those 3 days were over the Christmas holiday weekend when the dealership was closed. I emailed them on Christmas, I did not expect an answer that day obviously! I received an automated email that a representative would respond in an hour, so I expected to hear from them in the early a.m. on Monday, they opened at 9 a.m. I received an email at 4:32 pm on Monday telling me that the vehicle was not available, a deposit had been received for the vehicle. I do not finance vehicles, I am a cash buyer and told them so. They did not have the courtesy to abide by their own stated response policy. I doubt that they received a deposit for the vehicle over the Christmas weekend, but stranger things have happened. After reading all of the other reviews by other customers I am not surprised at this behavior. Mr. Kelley don't bother with any disingenuous platitudes, save your time for some other customer's apology! P.S.--6:22 P.M. vehicle is still listed for sale on their website as well as Car Gurus, interesting! 12-27-16 10 a.m. vehicle still listed on website for sale, interesting! Mr. Kelley there is nothing to discuss and I did read all the reviews. It is what it is. Have a nice day. There will be no more contact. More

Only if you want to be insulted This was the single worst car buying experience ever. I am a repeat customer who previously bought several vehicles from Bournes without issues. Today This was the single worst car buying experience ever. I am a repeat customer who previously bought several vehicles from Bournes without issues. Today I was offered $200 for a potential trade-in. $200! Better to just state you don't want a trade-in than insult a repeat customer like that. I look forward to telling all my family in Easton and Mansfield about this over the holidays. There was no need to insult a now former good customer like that. A stupid way to lose a sale and repeat business. $200 for a car I spent thousands on. I did nothing to deserve that. I recommend only going to Bournes if you want to be insulted and have time to waste. More
