Their no-haggle pricing is really no-haggle pricing. They sell their cars for the price as advertised, which I appreciate. I would hate to feel like someone else got a better deal on a car than me just because they played the used car game better than I did. Matt was my salesman. The car buying process takes a lot of time, so it was nice to spend my afternoon with someone that made me feel comfortable. Bourne's Auto Center: I was very pressed for time and did some research on the cars I wanted and went in with a list of cars, I gave only 15 minutes notice to the dealership that I was arriving shortly. Kim was very fast to accommodate me with a test drive and number crunch, so I quickly put money down to reserve the car. Later that day my boyfriend and I came in and handled all paperwork. I got a finance rate which was the best rate I've ever been offered and with a great bank. I was shown a menu of plans and selected the one which works best for me. I saved over $6,000 by giving Bourne's Auto Center a chance and over 4% apr knocked down from my previous offers at the other dealership. Bourne's cars for sale are very what-you-see-is-what-you-get, with no haggling. I did my research and the cost of the car aligned with my researched values in the absolute best case scenario. When I picked my car up the next day, my plates were added to the car, registration printed, car was beautifully detailed and I am in love with my car and so happy with the overall experience. Kim is a very personable employee and I felt extremely comfortable working with her from start to finish and I absolutely wish to refer business to her through my perfect experience. Carlos assisted us with the financing end of the sale, he was quick, informative, friendly, to the point and wasted no time which we appreciated very much. The hubby is already talking about trading in his current car with Bourne's, and although I hope to keep my new whip for a long time, I hope to do the rest of my auto endeavors with these folks. Two years ago we purchased a car from here, and were quite impressed with the ability to drive as many cars as we wanted without a salesman breathing Two years ago we purchased a car from here, and were quite impressed with the ability to drive as many cars as we wanted without a salesman breathing down our necks and pressuring us to buy a car at that exact moment. Well two years later we found ourselves outgrowing the original car we purchased and needing an SUV to replace it. Without hesitation we checked out the website and went back to Bourne's with a list of vehicles to drive. We originally thought it would be the Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander, but ended up being the Lexus RX350. Our salesman was John Benner and he immediately had the cars we wanted to drive available. If there was something not available on the lot it was delivered from their other lot with very little or no waiting. After an afternoon of just driving all the cars on the list, we made an offer and traded in the car we had originally purchased from Bourne's two years ago. The process was painless and the RX350 needed some extras like the floor mats, cargo net, etc. located that were in the pictures. I expected to get some resistance, but this never happened. They even removed some stains in the headliner and buffed some minor areas on the passenger door. John was always quick to answer questions via email and the turnaround with our insurance agent was terrific! The car was to be registered in Rhode Island, and believe me, this is not an easy process for most folks in state late alone out of state! When I came back a few days later, Shawn Saunders , their Finance Manager , made the financing options easy, explained the warranties (which I declined, and he gladly never applied pressure or brought up the topic again. I was done and out of his office in about 45 minutes! The amazing part was the car being delivered by their runner Jim Marsden with a full tank of gas and taking away her old car after swapping the plates in the middle of the workday! (I was expecting to need to come back to the dealership after work and have missing items like extra FOBS or mats missing or the checklist I mentioned to them about the car not done. THIS never happened!) Not a lot of used car dealers are this flexible, nor are there any I know of that advertise the best price on a vehicle that actually live up to it! We will make Bourne's a destination for our third vehicle for sure! Dont buy a new car when you can save thousands buying used with a no haggle price! Thank you BOURNE's! More
