Exceptional service Right from the time I entered the showroom, everyone was so helpful. My salesperson was trey. Throughout the week I went back and forth on the phone with him trying to make the right choice for a car that my granddaughter would like. He was very patient and no pressure at all. When he was not available, I was switch over to Amy. Amy was super helpful sending me info about cars I might like and even went out on the lot to check the condition and room in the cars that I was considering. They both understood my needs and what my granddaughter needed for her family. It was time to close the deal on a car we thought would work. But when talking to the manager, Shawn, I decided to make a change and there was no problem. For them it was just change the paperwork and make sure we were happen with our car selection. Over in finance I worked with Carlos who made sure I got the lowest rate possible to make sure my payments were affordable ! Unlike other dealerships Bourne did not harass me, stress me or pressure me into buying a car. Good used car dealership, Tanya was a pleasant sales rep.
