We financed through Bourne's and got the extended service plan for our Jeep. We were happy with the terms Andy Gesner got us on the financing. He explained everything and answered our questions. Bourne's can also handle all your vehicle title and registration needs for you. Jess Constantino coordinated everything with our auto insurance and the registry for us. More

David Pair, my first and last connection with Bourne's, is a type of salesperson, I wish every car dealership had the luxury of having. He was able to understand my needs and was able to answer all my questions effectively. I am, therefore, not surprised in him owning an award plaque of having sold more than 2000 cars at that dealership in last so many years. Carlos, in the Finance department was courteous and professional. He was helpful and his attitude was also very appropriate. More

Amazing! My old car would not have made it back home. New car was selected, bank found, registration initiated, new care filled and showered while we sat and had access to a refreshment bar. We even had help emptying the older car. All of this came with courtesy, smiles and complete explanations. We were able to drive home a pristine, warrantied 'new-to-me' car within a few hours. An amazing, unexpected experience. More

The selection here was superb as well, they had everything for every price range. They worked to have the car ready on my schedule. The finance dept was quick, (although I think they should meet with the customer prior to them coming in with a bank check, I already had the check written for the full amount and even though I wouldnt have gotten the extended warranty regardless ,it would have been great to know it before hand so i couldve included it in the final check instead of having to use another check or credit card but that is the only part that was a bit lax. ) The service dept was awesome, had to have a quick fix of a window and Mike took care of it right away instead of having to make another appt . The waiting areas in both the sales and service area are comfortable and offered drinks and snacks to the customers waiting which is great when you have a young kid with you! I will be recommending Bournes to all my friends looking for used vehicles. I absolutely will buy another car from them in the future...Thank you Dan, Carlos, and Mike for awesome service and an awesome experience. More
