Bad experience corrected by great customer service I purchased my first car from Bourne and it was not what I expected. There were a few hiccups along the way but I am glad to say they took the time an I purchased my first car from Bourne and it was not what I expected. Thank you, Bournes! We recently bought a used minivan from Bournes and had some concerns about the brakes being squeaky. The service department as well as customer servi We recently bought a used minivan from Bournes and had some concerns about the brakes being squeaky. The service department as well as customer service went above and beyond to repair the brakes for us and make sure we had a good experience. They secured a loaner car for me to use while my car was in the shop. They also washed and vacuumed the car and on top of everything - fixed the time on the clock inside so it was accurate! Those small details ensured we would be coming back for any further service needs and that we would recommend Bournes to others. Brian Mountain was especially courteous and helpful. Thanks! More
