Bourne's Auto Center is not your typical used car dealership. I bought a used Nissan Murano there. They agreed to take it to Nissan dealership for inspection (I paid Nissan dealership but Bourne didn dealership. I bought a used Nissan Murano there. They agreed to take it to Nissan dealership for inspection (I paid Nissan dealership but Bourne didn't charge for dropping and picking up the car), which saved me from taking a day off from work. Then they fixed all recommended problems. During the 90 day warranty I came back twice with a few issues, which they promptly fixed at no cost. The price was very competitive compared to other dealers in the neighborhood. They offered extended warranty at a very reasonable price and did not get upset when I declined. I would highly recommend them to others and will certainly buy my next used car there. More

The entire team at Bourne's is extremeley easy to work with. I am in sales so time is valuable, I dropped my car for a few minor mechanical repairs and they had the loaner car waiting for me so that I co with. One of my initial concerns about Bournes, opposed to the "bigger Dealerships" was the service aspect. That could not be further than the truth. There service is out of this world.
