I've purchased two used vehicles from Bourne's. The most recent a BMW 330i. Both have been great cars and great values. I service both my vehicles at Bourne's as well and I've had consistently good experiences with the quality and cost of their work and the friendliness and accessibility of their staff. The used car buying process comes with avoidable uncertainty but I've found that Bourne's selects quality vehicles and does all that's necessary to make sure you drive off the lot in a vehicle that meets all of your expectations. For about 2 months I did my research before buying a vehicle, at the very last moment I came accross bourne's auto center. when I called I tried to negotiate the price, I was unable to, so I went in sea vehicle, at the very last moment I came accross bourne's auto center. when I called I tried to negotiate the price, I was unable to, so I went in search but I look everywhere. I negotiated with other dealers, who could not reach to the price i was offered at bournes auto center. one dealer gave me his blessings when i told him the price, another dealer said to me U DONT KNOW WHERE THEY GETTING THOSE VEHICLES i smile and drove to Bournes auto center and purchase my vehicle. I assure u, u will not get a use car for a better price anywhere else. Then add to it, from driving the vehicle I realize a simple problem with a knob, I call these guys at the service center I went in and they went in seach of that part about an hour drive and every 15 MIN I was updated as to what was going on with my vehicle.sweet customer service and when I got my bill all $00.00 NOW thats what u call taking care of your own.when these guys uses the word warranty its not a joke More

Even though we live in Dedham, when we decided to look for a new (used) car, we went to Bourne's in Easton. My sister (who lives in Easton) highly recommended this dealership. We had checked out their large inventory online, and had an idea what we wanted. Our salesperson, Dave Olson, was the opposite of a high pressure salesman. Dave brought us out to look at the cars we were interested in and was informative without being at all pushy. I was pleasantly surprised after inspecting and test driving my potential purchase as it was in great shape visually and mechanically. David Olson was excellent to deal with and addressed all of my concerns. In fact, no matter how many times I called him he was as willing to help as the day I first walked in the door. Overall just an excellent experience, the dealership and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. These guys know their stuff and don't hassle you in any way. Then when I did want to test drive a car they pulled it up front and let us go for a ride by ourselves without any pressure from a salesman. Also having done a lot of research their prices are excellent and I would challenge people to find a dealership with lower prices. Bourne Auto and David Olson in particular provided us with a great used car experience and I would fully recommend them to anyone interested in a new car. More

Extremely pleased with the smooth process of getting a loan and purchasing the car. Everyone was super friendly and I was extremely impressed with all the professionalism, but also the normal everyday people that were friendly and talkative. No bullshit either, Dave was honest and laid everything out on the table. Just great service and a great price. They even stayed late for us so I could pick up my car. It's a negotiation free dealership ( which I knew before) and I personally love that style, no going back and forth with managers and wasting time. They DO their homework and give you amazing deals for great cars. Dealing with Scott was a pleasure, no pressure, no rush, let me take the car on a test drive by myself so I felt like they trusted me :))) I have to say the financing process was really quick and snappy, and a few days after I put a deposit on the car I was approved even though my credit is not that high. Once again, thank you for the great experience (and trust me,there are MANY places out there that do not provide that), I got the car that I liked with a loan that will build my credit back again. It's a small family place, nothing fancy, but very down to earth people. Think once again before going to other used car dealers and give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!
