My experience at Bourne's was unlike any I had ever had at any other dearlership. As a woman, I am used to male car salesmen talking at me and over me as though I can't conmprehend the slightest thing abou at any other dearlership. But as soon as Gerard Flaherty introduced himself I knew this time would be different. He took his time with me, explaining every option and feature, he even discouraged me from cars that he was not confident in. He found me a great Jeep at an even more amazing price. He was a real class act, making sure I was happy and had everything I needed, even standing around and chatting with me while we waited for my car to be prepared. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and this salesman in particular. More

Bournes is always about 3-4k less in price than other used dealers. Just bought a 2007 Infinity with mediuim mileage (43k) for an excellent price. The car was in great condition. Entered Bourne's and spoke with Mike Kelley and he showed me all the vehicles I was interested in inside, which was a huge deal because it was so frigid outside. Bourne's has a haggle free pricing belief which put me at ease because the price was the price and they were well below all published prices I had researched. Mike put me further at ease with offering an Extended Service Plan which fit my needs exactly at an extremely competitive price. I went into Bourne's at noon time and walked out at 5pm with a new car in time to eat dinner with my family, that's commitment to the customer. Thanks Mike you have a customer for life. More

The price quote provided was a bit less than half what the dealer quoted me but what I found to be most impressive is that the quality of service along the way far exceeded my expectations. The whole staff at Bourne's was great through the whole process. I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord and I love it. I went to Mike looking for a manual transmission that he didn't have at the time. When picking the car up Mike actually stayed until after 7pm one night so I didn't even have to take time off work to pick up the car.
