I decided I wanted a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, so I shopped 2 new dealers, and a number of used dealers/private parties. There was a huge difference between the service of Josh at Bournival and the oth shopped 2 new dealers, and a number of used dealers/private parties. There was a huge difference between the service of Josh at Bournival and the other dealers. He never pressured me to buy, and spent a lot of time on a busy day showing me everything on the Rubicon. We laid underneath one on the showroom and he pointed out all the features underneath, showed me all the ways that Jeep made it easy to wire up extra equipment, and even went through the suspension and explained all the ways it would do what I want. We pulled off the cover on the engine so he could show me how easy it was to get at the oil filter and belts, pointed out how it was designed for water crossings, and how everything worked. I do a lot of research before going to look at cars, and have been into Jeeps for decades, and I've never been to a dealership before where the salesman taught me new things about the vehicle I was looking at. Josh knew it all off the top of his head. I told him on that first day that I was still deciding new or used and I wasn't going to buy that day, and he still took all that time with me. He didn't pressure me to make an immediate decision, didn't even try to force me to sit down and talk numbers like so many do. I had already looked at 3 others, and proceeded to go to 2 other dealers around NH to make my decision. In the end, the impression I got from Josh was so good that I decided to spend the extra for a brand new Rubicon, and if they didn't have the exact one I wanted I was going to have them order it for me. Went in that weekend, and he had exactly the Jeep I wanted (2013 Rubicon Unlimited in Dozer). Went for a quick drive so my wife could try it, came back and he got an appraisal on our trade. I didn't feel pressured at all, he came back and showed me exactly what he could do for me on the price of the Rubicon and my vehicle, I needed a little more, and he was able to make it work for me. After we agreed on a deal Jessica helped us out by getting us an excellent finance rate and making the whole finance office process go by quickly and cleanly. About 10 years ago I had purchased another Wrangler from Bournival, and Jessica recognized my wife and I immediately and was great to deal with, once again. I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience with Bournival. This is the second time I've bought a Jeep from them, and it won't be the last. More
Phil Walter and the rest of the staff at Bournival Jeep was a pleasure to work with. They were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Never did I feel like I was at a "push" car dealership. I am a previous owner of a Jeep Commander and absolutely loved it. This year it turned 7 years old so I immediately and only wanted to buy a new Jeep from Bornival -having realized Dick B has passed I was s loved it. She immediately stated she represented Bornival Jeep-was so helpful-NOT fast talking or high pressured-truly knew the Grand Cherokee Overland I wanted to purchase-she let the vehicle sell itself to me. I was extremely impressed-actually was lucky enough to have Mrs. Bournival come over and help me decide. There is no other dealership I have ever recommended -I will continue to send friends and customers to them all well knowing they will get the best price-treatment-and most of all a reliable service throughout their ownership of the vehicle. Being a life long Jeep owner, I realized that my beautiful white Jeep was a mess inside and that I needed to clean it ASAP. I asked several people who they recommended and Bournival was consistently mentioned. So I made an appointment because they were having a special deal and then dropped it off. To be honest, for the price i didn't expect much more than shampooing and a liitle interior sprucing up. Low and Behold, i pick my car up and it looks like it was showroom ready. My jaw almost dropped to the floor. the only thing missing was a "MINT" on the dashboard. I am formally thanking Kirk for doing an OUTSTANDING job on my car. I live in Tucson, AZ and was unable to find a good Certified Pre-Owned Overland anywhere in the southwest. I purchased my ’09 CPOV Overland ‘online’ from Bournival Jeep and the process could not have been easier. Before my initial contact with Bournival I checked with the BBB and found that they are accredited and rated A+…how many automobile dealerships can say that? Internet Manager ‘Phil Walter’ answered my initial inquiry within a matter of minutes which was a real surprise as the inquiry was made on a Sunday afternoon. In fact, I made one other inquiry online earlier that day to a Jeep Dealer in PA – I have yet to hear back from them. Between the high level of information on the Bournival web site and Phil’s ability to provide me with detailed answers to all my questions within minutes, I was able to make my decision to purchase quickly. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have found that if ‘your’ sales person is unavailable when you have a question you are pretty much out-of-luck. Such is not the case with Bournival Jeep. Even with the three-hour time difference between Tucson and Portsmouth I always felt like I had someone I could call or email with questions. Each person I had contact with at Bournival made sure I had a way to reach them regardless of whether or not there were lights on in the showroom. I felt like I had an entire team working for me which was very important considering I was nearly 2800 miles away from my perfect Overland; my team included Internet Manager ‘Phil Walter’, Finance Manager ‘Jessica Gorman’ and Web Manager ‘Jade Damboise-Taplin’. Each member of my ‘Bournival Team’ showed a high level of integrity, professionalism and product knowledge. I truly felt their desire to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my Bourinval experience…which I was and am. When it comes time for me to purchase my next Overland I fully intend to fly to Portsmouth and meet ‘my team’ in person! More
