My service rep Tristan never called me back. I received an email about a recall for my truck, and when I responded back to make an appointment, the response stated I needed to call to make it. When I finally received someone in the service department after multiple attempts, I was placed on hold and my call was then dropped. I had to physically visit the service center (missed work hours) to make an appointment. Not very good customer service experience. Tristan could benefit from additional training. More
