I drive a long distance to have my car serviced here because they are trustworthy and don't perform unnecessary work without being completely sure that is what is needed. I found them years ago when another dealer was recommending an expensive repair and I wanted a second opinion. Tristen and his team were correct and saved me over a thousand dollars. They are also usually able to get me in if it is urgent whereas dealers closer to me would make me wait 3-4 weeks. I feel like they care about the customer's safety and wallet.
