There are odd fees that got tacked on to this oil change and recall repair that make no sense and should be explained. I have no idea what “misc charges” are and why that cost me an additional $9.44 especia and recall repair that make no sense and should be explained. I have no idea what “misc charges” are and why that cost me an additional $9.44 especially since I specifi asked if I would incur any other charges beyond my coupon covered oil change of $49.99. The bill ended up being $66.48. I appreciate my service advisor but beyond that, I’m not thrill by my bronco that has had break noise since it was 6 months old or by the charges at Bowditch. It is unlikely that I will buy a Ford again. More

I have been bringing my Ford Focus to Bowditch and Al since I bought it in 2006. The service has always been excellent. I'm sure they will keep my new Maverick on the road for as long as they have my F since I bought it in 2006. The service has always been excellent.
