Oil was left dripping down the filter and several undercarriage components. A simple wipe with a rag would have prevented the oil from spreading across the undercarriage. I have been a long time customer of Bowditch Ford and have had nothing but good experiences from all departments. On May 31st I traded my SUV for a Maverick. This is the only time I've had a problem. Tha have had nothing but good experiences from all departments. On May 31st I traded my SUV for a Maverick. This is the only time I've had a problem. That problem being, resolving why my trade in loan wasn't paid off. This problem was just resolved on Aug. 5th. Throughout that time, I had tried calling, leaving messages, and emailing. I even went up in person 2 times, provided a UPS tracking number, which went nowhere for two weeks. I thought I had been connected with the personnel who could help me but it turns out, I had been led down the wrong path. My prayers are they hold training for everyone, and ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. If you know your customer is struggling, be sure to get them to the proper source. And if you can't resolve the problem and need more guidance, ask for help. That's what good teams are for. I will remain a loyal customer to Bowditch Ford because I know "life happens" and communicating courteously and properly are the only way to bring attention to a problem.
