I set up this appointment to get an oil change and the brakes done. The service lady called me to make sure I wanted my brakes done because I have a ram and I was a ford place. 1.5 hours later they give m brakes done. I dealt with the service manager Tristin Nice guy, but I don’t think he knows much about the mechanics of cars and seem to talk to me like I didn’t know simple mechanics with cars pricing was outrageous but given I needed the work done and it was over Christmas I had to accept the quote to get my vehicle back on the road I run a small business and am dependent on my vehicle for my business. I accepted the quote when I was told I would get my vehicle back the next day however that did not happen. I got it a week later from when I was told I would get my vehicle back , the service manager said he needed a clamp for the exhaust with some sort of spring mechanism inside of it, which sounds crazy to me having worked on cars for about 15 years now when I finally was able to pick up my vehicle, I asked him if they got the supposed clamp in and he said yes, I had looked at the undercarriage of the vehicle in looked at the exhaust where there was a leak in the flanged connection. Some gasket was missing and he tried telling me that a gasket is called a clamp. I can promise you this will be the last time I will go to Bowitch for service. They also replaced my rear brakes and now they won’t stop this burning smell coming from the rear brakes. I would expect some breaking with new pads and rotors from maybe some filament burning off but after driving it all day for work it still has the smell wondering if I received faulty service. they even blew up my master cylinder because they were trying to bleed the brakes. This is probably the best experience I had since I wasn’t really charged for something that they damaged on my vehicle and I received a warranty on the part. Bowditch Ford is known in the area for their superb work on The Super Duty Pickups. In the past, they have always done a great job on my vehicle. On this trip, however, there were several miscues that should not have happened. I was not kept informed of the progress of the work as they had done in the past. Phone calls were not returned and when I arrived to check the status, I was told my truck would not be ready until the next day. The following day, I had to phone upper management to get a status. Until this visit, I have always had high praise for this dealership. I hope this visit was just a fluke. More

When I arrived at the service department for my appointment, Al told me the young lady would take care of me. When I started speaking with the young lady, Al spoke over me and spoke for her, rude a appointment, Al told me the young lady would take care of me.
