My service provider was Great/Awesome and Knowledgeable. But I don’t like the price of $199 just to check faults with the car. So the total to get 2 faults checked was $404.97, which is crazy. The most facility is comfortable, clean and a pleasant waiting area in which to wait. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Courtesy shuttle driver was helpful and accommodating. No update on my suv. Not returning phone calls and lack of basic customer service. Suv kept there 8 days. I called 3 times and only got voice mail.
