He spent time answering all of our questions with no pressure to buy, we seriously asked 100 questions about the vehicles and he knew 95%. We then worked with Morgan to discuss trading in our Cadillac and was given a fair price. There was no haggling, not pressure to upsell warranties. I named my price and Morgan got it done. As the paperwork was being completed we went to Fords Garage for dinner and Morgan came over to our table for us to sign.
