I’ll never go back to Bozard. For a week now I’ve left multiple messages and no response. For a week I’ve sent over six emails to multiple people and zero response. I’ve spoke to Ford Protect and they said everything has been turned over to Bozard a week ago and still no correspondence. I bet if I wanted to buy it would be a different story. In fact I’ve gotten text’s recently to see if I’m still shopping around. But to get a refund Oh no, there’s absolutely no one that has that kind of time. 6 different people 7+ emails and the operator just confirmed by saying “I know you have called repeatedly and left messages. Wow. It’s the draw back of getting to big, you forget about the little things that count. Word of mouth and reviews speak loud. My suggestion is beware. They don’t mind taking but giving is an issue. I purchased a truck years ago in Ocala from a used car dealership with one guy running the show. It was by far a better truck, a better deal and personable service that a big company could never measure up to. I stick with the little guy in the future. It’s unfortunate but it looks like I’ll have to go to the lobby and just sit to get a simple two minute call back, if that. My last piece of advice is even though it’s not something you like ie refund, be professional and accommodating the same as when I purchased from you. It means a lot. More
