I ordered a Ford Bronco in September because I liked my salesman so much I ended up ordering a Ford Explorer Platinum. The thing is we live in Charlotte North Carolina. He was able to give me a final, out-the-door price including trade-in and financing squared away BEFORE I ever drove the 1.5 hrs to the dealership to test drive and sign. I could have even done the entire transaction online from home and had the vehicle delivered/my trade-in taken if I preferred that. There was no hard sell or pressure tactics at any point in time. Geoff seemed to genuinely want to help me make the best decision for me and trust that looking out for customer interests would result in positive word-of-mouth and repeat business. I've already recommended him to a friend and if I decide my next vehicle will be a Ford then Geoff at Bozard will be my first call. More
