When we got there at the appointed time, there was a warranty issue. Our representative, Matt Larson worked steadily on the issue until he got it resolved. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful he was to us. What started out as a very discouraging situation was turned into a great experience because of all the people who worked very hard to make it a good outcome for us.
