I would like to start with the curb appeal...have to admit did not know that the vehicle I was purchasing was showcased as I walked up....I thought to myself “that is a pretty car, wonder where the one admit did not know that the vehicle I was purchasing was showcased as I walked up....I thought to myself “that is a pretty car, wonder where the one I’m here to purchase is located”. And to my surprise that was the car....excellent display. Lee was very professional, did not hide any details but was more than helpful in all of our requests. Andy went above and beyond, I asked for a military discount, and he delivered better than what I hoped for...superb! Jon was very patient and helpful, explaining the details of the car prior to the test drive and after. His assistance with adding the Aviator to the app on my phone made it effortless on my part. I had a premeditated time scheduled in my head; arrive at 4pm....signed and driving away at 6pm. ON THE DOT! What an amazing group of Professionals....just what I like! The ride home: since this Aviator is for my wife and her ability to assist transporting grandkids, she drove. She is in love! She made me shuffle all the cars in my garage Monday night to make sure her Aviator was inside from the first night. Additionally, the way you guys have that burger joint next to the dealership....guess where I am getting the service done on this Aviator. I admit, I was not a Ford/Lincoln fan at all....but I am NOW! Thank you all. We have been buying cars in the Jacksonville area for 50 years now and we just had the best car buying experience in our lifetime. We visited the dealership a few weeks ago to purchase a Bronco Sport that h years now and we just had the best car buying experience in our lifetime. We visited the dealership a few weeks ago to purchase a Bronco Sport that had just arrived, Brian Mello our salesman checked on the car’s status to confirm it’s availability. It appeared to have been ordered, but the other customer decided on another color, so we proceeded with the purchase. Ten minutes into the process, Tom Reinhard, a manager had a brief conversation with Brian and together they explained a bad news - good news situation. The car was promised to another customer however a First Edition Bronco Sport was coming in a few weeks and the dealership would give us the exact deal on it, equating to a $4k discount. I was blown away by thintegrity of the dealership in making this offer! These cars are selling like hot cakes with only very small discounts, so we jumped on the deal! Brian was outstanding to deal with during the sales process and kept us informed while waiting on our order. Rick Garcia, the finance manager got us out of there in no time, and my wife is thrilled with her new Bronco Sport! More
